It's fairly late at night, but I needed to update! Unfortunately, school zapped up the last week or so of my time... But I'm back now! I wish I didn't have to break so early into starting, but I'm more eager than ever to keep going and strive for my town goals! :)
After a little bit of work today and the previous time I'd put in, I have finally gained the approval I needed to get the town-development permit. That means I can soon get to work on creating town works and projects, start laying out my town... There really is a whole lot of work ahead, but I'm feeling pumped to get going with it as soon as the sun comes out.
I don't fully know where I'm going with my town just yet. I mentioned before that a medieval/victorian town theme would be awesome, but with the resources in Animal Crossing, I don't know if it would be feasible. I'm also liking the idea of a traditional Japanese themed town, though that may be too mainstream. They've been done many times before, and the designs (town hall, lanterns, etc.) are handed right to you by the game, making it just a bit TOO easy.
