Ironsage - Day 45

Yesterday, I was able to complete my Metal Bench! I love the way it looks - feels like something you'd find in a mystical garden, or someplace along the lines of that. It's to the left of the plaza, so visitors can sit and enjoy a future walkway/garden to it in the future. :)

Today, I was able to start working for Brewster at the Cafe! He told me to make sure I made the coffee just as the customer requested, and then had me wear a uniform to make it official. I hope I can make the coffee to Brewster's standards, and keep the Cafe's reputation clean! Though I've never made coffee before... so we'll have to see how this goes.

The first customer to come in was Bianca - I made the coffee exactly to her liking, and she was very pleased. She took a sniff of the refreshing brew, and instantly fell in love with it. Phew, that gives me a confidence boost I suppose. Rodney and then Gruff followed after her, and I did my best to make their orders up to par.

Phyllis was the last customer I handled. She wasn't in a bright mood, as to be expected. Though, she gave me no details on what she wanted, and simply asked me for a coffee, which was a little bit aggravating. Ah well, she walked out happy enough... though it's difficult to tell with her.

Out in the evening air, I stopped to have a chat with Blaire for a while. She told me about how she met Tim - a friend I met over Wi-Fi - and how they didn't really hit off as friends... he was apparently a "bit of a freshman mayor," according to her. Well, he only just started a few days ago; he's learning!

Have a nice evening, mayors, villagers, and Animal Crossing fans! I hope all is going well in the realms of the game and in the real world. It's starting to get cold outside, at least where I am... winter is coming! Though it's not even been Halloween, or Thanksgiving. Winter is the best, though.
